Get a cat. Or encourage the outside cats if there are any near you...put out a bit of food and some scraps....
We have had cats for several years now (in Israel...mouse problem is pretty bad here) and have only had one more mouse; this was when one cat had gone missing and one cat was ill.
The scent of a cat will keep them pretty much at bay. If you don't want a cat consider borrowing a friends cat.

Say--is there any possibility that the "Micer rebbe" is a corruption and misinterpretation of "maaser rebbe"? a cat that catches mice is called a "mouser", not a "micer". Now a "maaser rebbe" who exhorts his disciples to be stringent about trumos and maasros--this I can believe.

This will gross you out but......I setr out three traps a night. If I am up I will catch the three, empty thier poor little bodies int the trash, wash the traps set em again, and continue. One night we caugt over ten.
It was suggested that we hire an exterminator, but the poison simply kills them and they die in the houses walls. I want to get them out of my house bercause I am allergic.
BOY CAN I RELATE!!! |
