Thank you, do you have personal experience with them? Do they guarantee for a year or something?

Thanks!
Next question, who usually pays for something like this the landlord or the tenant?

Landlord. I paid for bugs and mice exterminator for my tenant. In NY that's the law.
If the landlord pays for it the landlord gets to decide which exterminator. If for whatever reason the tenant pays the tenant decides.

Happy to let them find one but they’ve been promising for over a year to take care of it. In the meantime they sponsor glue traps for us to catch an average of 10 mice a week..

In our case, the landlord agreed to split the cost and he chose a cheap exterminator which didn't work very well. After that we paid for exterm a pest to come. I would assume in most cases the landlord is responsible however we had no lease or anything to make this happen.

Say no more pest control

It's worth paying yourself for peace of mind.

Op, maybe write them a written letter. Tell them you've been running after them for a year already. You're giving them 4 weeks to send an exterminator. If by then it's still a no show you'll be getting your own and deducting from the rent.
