I put chicken in on 350... my little guy got taller and I guess he can reach the stove now, because I came back and it was on 250. It's been cooking for almost two hours. What do I do now? (Besides putting a safety thing on the stove, I know that )

Turn it to 350 and cook it for another 30-45 min
Maybe stick a knife in a see if the juice is pink

Thanks both of you! I put it back in on 350, and took the knob off and put it on the counter. The fun of having a toddler!

My knobs are up and behind the burners (instead of down in the front)...so while it doesn't cause me problem at home, they are soooo interesting to my little ones when we go elsewhere.....(bc most people I know have knobs that are down and in front for them to reach)
