I have breaded chicken cutlets and I have a good baguette- what else do I need? Lettuce, tomato? Chummus or is there a better sauce?

okay, ladies, I went with caramelized onions and fake chipotle-garlic mayo (no chipotle, used smoked paprika and a garlic cube) and may I say... it was AWESOME
not schnitzi, but what can you do, it came as close as it could!

Lately I've been mixing the canola mayo (less fat and calories) with mustard. For some reason the mixture is really good.
