What type of sauce are you looking for? Mushroom, chinese, etc? Let us know what you have in mind.

I make a dipping 'dip' for the kids, ketchup & mayo, with garlic powder.
Are you looking for a mushroom sauce or something to pour over the cutlets when hot?

I make a sesame sauce.
2 cloves garlic (minced
1 onion (diced)
I saute these together and add
3/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup water
I let it simmer for a bit then shake in a handful of sesame seeds, pour it over my cutlets, stick it in the oven at 350' for ten minutes and gourmet supper is all ready! Bon Apetit!

Thanks for your replies, I was looking for a dipping sauce like sweet and sour. Sunshine's recipe sounds good. Does anyone have one that doesn't involve cooking?

sunshine's should make a great dipping sauce, and two minutes of boiling it can't kill you really.
