I once had a pasta salad with onions and sundried tomatoes and it was really good. I really want to make it - does anyone have a recipe? If not, I'll try to make it up as I go along.

cook 1 box of penne pasta
saute 1 onion in oil, and (I think) 3 frozen cubes of garlic and of basil, mix it together, and add cut up sun dried tomatoes.
I'm not sure about the garlic and basil if it's 3 or 6 cuz I don't rmember when I did 6 if I was doubling the recipe, so you may have to add in more

I use radiatorie pasta. I add sun dried tomatoes that I cut up with a scissors thinly. I slice a red onion thinly. I add grated carrots, and thinly sliced red or yellow peppers. As well, you can add cooked mixed veggies (y'know macademia mix). My dressinf is the good seasonings pkg of zesty italliaN mixed with about a cup of real mayo. Ity is soooooo good. You can add tuna on a week day to take along for a meal at lunch.

I made this for Shabbos using sbs' recipe - without the basil though, DH doesn't like it. It came out sooo good!
