Marinated Lime Garlic Chicken - good for Pesach too !
one of dd's favorites
Chicken, any kind
Lime - juice or the fruit
Garlic
Brown sugar
Rosemary or similar
If marinating, you put your chicken in a zippy bag with about 2 gloves minced garlic, the juice (and zest, if you have it) of 2 limes, and a sprinkle of brown sugar. Add your spice.
Let marinate several hours or overnight; bake until done.
