I had two c-sections.
I still have a belly which no one really notices but for me it looks as if I'm 3 month pregnant.
I'm really small and don't eat enough so it's not a diet that would help.
Does anyone know if an excercise bike helps?
I'm really sick of going to excercise classes or doing my own excercises which don't seem to help
Maybe there is a different machine that might help?
Thanx in advance
Rachel

Exercise and eating healthfully is for life. Accept it.
But you may not be able to stretch the stomach back, you have to be realistic. Ask your doctor. They say, abs are built in the kitchen. But yours may not be like others, your muscle tone may not be what others can achieve.
I like my bike, but I do yoga/pilates/weights, too. One does not negate and actually complements the other.

Bikes don't really work the abs. Rowing machines can. Or, there are plenty of floor exercises that can strengthen this particular area.

Sometimes if there's loose skin, exersize can't change that. Oftentimes only a tummy tuck can fix the looseness that pregnancy can cause.

According to one of the trainers at my gym ( who by the way looks totally amazing with kids) if you do sit-ups, crunches, any stomach exercise tons - and I mean a few hundred a day it will work after a long dedicated effort. Bikes do not work the stomach at all.
