I just made this and it was easy and great!
1/4 cup parve milk or soy milk
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup finely ground pecans
2 T. sesame seeds
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
8 boneless cutlets (4 oz0 each slightly flattened)
2 T canola oil
Preheat oven to 350.
Put milk in shallow dish. In another shallow bowl put the remaining ingredients, besides chicken and oil.
In a large skillet heat oil. Dip chicken first in milk then breading. Brown on each side just until golden.
Place on greased baking sheet. Bake (uncovered) for 15- 20 minutes until tender.
