Upgrading to bugaboo? I want your single mountain buggy. Must be a great deal, I can buy it new for a few hundred. Thanks!

If nobody replies to my mountain buggy post, I will end up putting my newborn in my lightweight stroller!

The reason I want the MB is because it has a cute little footrest in the front where dd can sit and hitch on it if she gets tired from walking, for the past few weeks we left the stroller home and she doesn’t complain. But it’s very hard to contain her on the street.

I lost a bid on Ebay for $200, by $1.50. Some lucky mommy got it for $201.50 with free shipping. Instead of crying, I set up automatic notifications to let me know when a ‘mountain buggy single, black” shows up. With the “gold coin” rebate (see post on that) I will still get 30% back, so it’s worth it!

I’ve heard people say the bugaboo isn’t all it turned out to be and that it’s quite the junk, not the robust strollers you see years later in various conditions.

I still didn’t find one. And I’m eating myself up for losing that Ebay bid by $1.50

OMG!! So lucky I logged on
http://www.albeebaby.com/urban......html
They have it for $350!!!!!!!!!!!!
INCLUDES THE RAIN COVER.
Brand new! In red
or $379 in the other colours.
If you live in NY you have to pay $29 tax.
So it really is like $300 for the stoller + the rain cover.
Good luck! hope you get your stroller. I just did

Thank you, I did check it out. It says dirty and scuffed etc. and has no pictures. I would be hesitant to purchase such a metzia.
