Ds is chubby, not even so obviously chubby, but his shirts and pants are hard to close. Are there any brands that work best for that? Like just has a little extra slack, not for super chubby. Even better if I can order online.

You really need to have him try things on. What fits one husky kid well may look awful on another one. It really depends on where he carries his extra weight. Once you know which brand looks good then you can order online.
