Pls tell me what to do. I put more wine into minute steak and the smell is so alcoholic!
What should I do? It's 1 peice of minute steak.
Will it fade after cooking 3 hours?

If it's 3 hours, you'll hardly taste it. If it's significantly less than that, like about an hour, you will still taste the wine.
