Leftover cutlets

I have cutlets sauteed in olive oil all cooked. Any ideas what to do with them. BTW they have no seasoning just fried in oil. Thanks.

I like to heat it up in a skillet in dry white wine. I had this once at someone's house and I've been hooked ever since.

make a "grilled" chicken salad
cut the cutlets into strips, put on top of a mixture of lettuce, strips of peppers, baby tomatoes... for the dressing you can mix 1/2 cup mayonaise, tbsp. of mustard and a tbsp of honey

saute some frozen or fresh veggies add chicken and some teriyaki and soy sauce and u ahve a stir fry

Make some brown rice. Sautee an onion and some garlic. Add the chicken, then the rice, some peas, some soy sauce. Add one egg and mix up until it cooks. Voila, chicken fried rice.

Sautee onions and green peppers, dice the chicken and add, add cooked rice, tomato paste, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, oregano and water to thin out the paste and you have chicken cacciatore.

We had lots of leftover chicken cutlet that didn't go over well because no one liked the wine/mushroom sauce. So, I washed off the sauce and diced it and made chicken pot pie from the S&S cookbook. I even had a leftover piece of puff pastry for the top. I made a 2 min oil crust for the bottom. Yummy!
