Looking for info on cheder imrei shefer in monsey please! I’ve seen some threads about it but looking for more recent info if parents are happy and what types of families send. Specifically wanting to know if some of the kids have peyos behind their ears or if they all have curly peyos in front? Also would a not modern heimish family fit in? Thanks!

Yes there are kids who wear their payes in the back but they’re a minority. I’d say less than 10% depending on the class. There are some not-modern heimish families in the cheder, but if you’re unsure, this is a great question to ask the menahel and administration. They’re usually very honest and helpful.
The cheder has undergone a remarkable and beautiful transformation in the last 3-4 years with the amazing menahel being at the lead of it all. It fosters a very warm and emotionally healthy environment.
Both Lemudei kodesh and English studies are taken very seriously. The goal is to raise kids in the most emotionally healthy way, with positivity towards yiddishkeit.
I’ve had an amazing experience in the cheder so far BH
Although it’s still relatively easy to get in, they’ve definitely become more selective recently, aiming that each family and child is a good fit for the cheder.

99% of the boys have regular chassidish payos. They have changed for the better in recent years & parents are very happy there. They don't accept the modern crowd anymore.
