Asking for a friend;
I was gifted dinner for 2 (up to $650) to Reserve Cut. My husband and I want to try food that’s definitely really good. Is there anything we specifically we should or should not try?

Which one? If you have a choice I vote Midtown. And get the lamb entree (only available there). And the tuna truffle roll is just something special. I don’t go crazy for the tacos though everybody else does. I love the chicken egg rolls. The sabayon dessert if they have it (it’s a special sometimes offered) is just amazing. Skip the banana flambe or what ever it’s called. All the steaks are amazing. Get the wagyu for two if you wanna really splurge. Enjoy!!!

Reserve Cut is a classic. stellar service and quality every time.
Truffle tuna roll is a must! The apple dessert was really special.
Otherwise whatever we’ve ordered was delicious!

Yes recently opened. Different vibe but I like it even better. Warm, beautiful, staff even more attentive and upscale feel
