Or are they pajamas? The velour shirt and pants, Henley ribbed set etc

Velour shirt was made as a friday night "robe" that can also be pjs. It can't be worn as an outfit. Henley set is for sure pjs at that age. A 12 month old can wear it as an outfit

Once they are 2ish it's definitely pajamas.

That said it's not a crime for toddlers to wear pajamas all day..

For a regular winter day I'd be ok with an outfit that's half pj's. Let them be comfy. I'd probably not use for visiting or a party etc.

I don't think the velour top was mades a robe set... my boys wear it for a regular weekday top and look normal...
Yeh the Henley sets I wouldn't wear over age 2
