I want to make the whole 17.8 ounce jar at once.
What proportions do I add of lemon juice, salt, parsley and garlic cubes?
Is there any other ingredients?

Tehina is the type that u just keep adding water lemon or salt until it tastes good. Practice makes perfect. You can start with an entire lemon and a cup of water and increase water from there.

I do this quantity comes delicious and creamy

1 cup techina
1 cup water
Quarter cup lemon juice -needs a bit more if not a strong taste brand.
2 small cloves garlic crushed
1 TSP plus to taste salt
Dried parsley -optional

Blend with hand blender/immersion blender
