Left public accounting at supervisor/manager level and have been in industry for a while.

Commision based jobs can net high salaries too. Think mortgage broker, insurance sales... Sales in general.

Very much not related to the owner…

Yes I direct/ oversee many employees.

I will say I’m not so unique in this industry those that got in at the right time and worked super hard /did well and many are making 100+ with a surprising amount at 200+

Also it comes along with A LOT of stress

Nursing home operators value this position because it actually brings in the money as opposed to other positions such as HR director etc. They will pay for the right individual.
