Would you use raw chicken cutlets today that you bought on Sunday late afternoon? It’s in a drawer I have in my fridge that’s a slightly colder temperature than the fridge. Like 34 I think.

Just checked it says sell by 1/11. Does it usually have such a long sell by date? Do I trust it?

I'd smell them. If they're off they'll have a smell. If they smell fine then cook it today if possible

Yes, unless they smell or look off. That's well before the sell-by date.
