If you’re comfortable with highlighting your pregnancy, it could be very cute to have husband be “thing 1” and you be “thing 2” (from Dr Seuss) and write on your belly “thing 1/2” or “thing 3” 🤷♀️

We dressed up as bees "parents to bee"
The next time I was pregnant on purim we did a construction theme "please excuse our appearance as our family is under construction"

Your husband could dress as a baker and you could dress as an oven with a sign bun in the oven! You give out cinnamon buns for shalach Manos it’s easy!
Or beekeeper and bee
Or “bump on the road” construction workers
Or u make ur bump look like a gum ball machine and hubby is a candy man

We're chassidish so didn't think to highlight my pregnancy. But it came out in a cute way.
Our theme was russians, I was a babushka doll (wore a yellow collar shirt and red apron and kerchief on my sheitel) and I was expecting. The idea we came up with before I was expecting, but by the time Purim came I was almost due so it was cute as babushka dolls have smaller ones inside them..

Not sure if this is your type, but I know a couple (with a really pregnant wife) who dressed in garbage bags (just cut a hole for arms and head) and wife wore a sign that said "Hefty" (cut out from a Hefty garbage bag packaging) and the husband wore one that said "Glad" (also from the packaging). Shaloch manos was given in small garbage cans with junk food (chips, soda...) inside.
