I have an apartment that is basically my only real form of income and have had a series of terrible managers who have wrecked it and done dishonest things. Does anyone know someone who does this who is honest, experienced and professional?

Yes try my friend! A kollel wife manages a few apartments on a small scale not one of these hondler type guys.
