my dd2 can't tell the difference between farting and making. We were in shul (she loves coming with me and is usually very quiet) and a woman next to me accidentally farted. It was so awkward. But to make it worse, my daughter asked "are you making?"

DS 2.5 likes to help unload the groceries and put them in the “pantryway.”

Is it mean that I laughed at this?

We asked me dd2.5 if she made a "fartsy" and she said
"No, I was just laughing from my tushy!"

My ds 4 years old learned the word "specifically" but he thinks it's a bad word. When he's being naughty he yells "Pacificlly!!"

“You’re so precious.”
He loves to sing niggunim the baby.
He also sings this adorable tune
Of “baby’le baby’loo mommy loves you”
He says the baby’s name and says mommy/tatty and the other kids names.
He also sings it for each person on the family.
Also mommy’le /tatty’le. Siblings name with le

My son sees so issue with farting in public...until his toddler said 'me get diaper change you'! His wife made a new rule 'do what you want, but in bathroom only'!

dd3 commented on her newly married teacher that her wig is blonde but her hair was brown- she was just looking for clarification, how can someone change their hair color??
my family only eats cutlets, no chicken bottoms for some reasons... so we were playing a game and dd3 saw a picture on a card of a tray of bottoms coming out of the oven, she announces "oh, this is the shofar chicken!"
dd7 (no offense, I just found it funny) she says her teacher is 'rebbish' because she blows her nose while she speaks to the class
ds6 says his rebbe made an announcement on each chanukah morning "if you have an envelope for me, please bring it up" I found it cute

Every day he tells the baby I love you. You’re so cute. You’re so precious and kisses the baby.
And when the baby is crying, he says are you sad my love ?
He also says dovid* my love.
*not my baby’s real name.

My 5 yr old has been calling cucumbers "coocoocumbers" since she was 2 and I'll be so sad when she outgrows it...
She also calls rectangles "reckintangles". I love these accidental pronunciations!

My son just started calling them cucumbers. He used to say kingcumbers.
A student from a bunch if years ago said “they aren’t cucumbers they’re pepinos. Once we said you want your pepinos he said it’s not pepinos it’s cucumbers.

DD3 and I were sorting through some stuff yesterday and came upon a spare pair of little mittens. She says, "can I bring these to school for Chani? (girl in her class). She never brings gloves and her hands get so cold when it's outside time!"

DH made a smoothie and handed it to me to try some. DD3 saw and said “good job daddy! You’re a big sharing boy!”
