Or…can you help me figure out dinner tonight? I’m desperate.

Tuesdays we usually have dairy - based on my kids school lunch menus.

I made a pareve chunky veggie soup with barley. I forgot it was dairy night and made in a meaty pot.

So I’m sorta stuck with pareve for tonight. Can’t serve meat or dairy.

I’ll make garlic bread to go with the soup, but what else can I serve to complete the meal?

(No fish, we have allergies.) Is this too complicated? Or can you think of something substantial I can add here?

Was thinking maybe some kind of lentil or bean patties, but I don’t have any good recipes or much time and I do have picky eaters.

Am I doomed?

Spanish Tortilla is a favorite pareve dinner in our house. Its an egg and potato omelet you cut in wedges.

You made it in a meaty pot, why can’t you make meat?
