I have a full huge container of Quaker oats.
Need to use it before Pesach.
Looking for regular and healthier recipes, especially for cookies, muffins, bars.
Thank you so much

Any granola recipe will call for lots of oats

I also use oats as part of a topping for shobbos fruit crisps

You can use it as a binder in meatloaf

Under the cover for the quaker oats container there's a recipe for vanishing oatmeal raisin cookies that are absolutely delicious

I'd love a good granola recipe, do you have one to share?

Delicious!! Oatmeal Cookies

I think it's the quaker oats box recipe.

I tend to double the recipe and make tons at a time.
This is one batch:

1 c oil
1 C Brown sugar
1/2 c White sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp (scant) salt
3 c oats
1 c (or a little less) of craisins or chocolate chips

Mix all wet ingredients in one bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
Mix them together.
Drop by the tablespoon on parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake.

Doesn't have flour?
