Can you post your best recipe or link to the best sauce I can buy for bbq grilled chicken cutlets that taste just like at the takeout stores?

My friend gave me this recipe and it’s amazing. Whomever I gave it to loves it.

I don’t know amounts. But I would say.
1 cup of duck sauce.
1/4 to 1/2 cup soy sauce.
2 tbsp of Montreal chicken seasoning.
4 tbsp mayo

Mix the chicken in all of it. Marinate for a few hours and grill.
Was delicious.

Thanks. What about with just spices?

For example Glatt bite in Lakewood makes delicious grilled chicken with just spices.

I'd love to know the method - How to the takeout places have beautiful grill lines, cooked through and deliciously moist cutlets??

Dinner done has a great recipe. Its a marinade with oil and montreal steak spice. I preheat the pan so that its really hot and then add the chicken
