Not looking for medication, just something to cover the occasional pimple in a natural looking way.

Hero or Roel pimple patches.
Stick them on well the night before- buy a bunch and start doing it even earlier than just the night before.
in the morning, peel off and you should see white stuff- from the pimple- on the patch, and the pimples should look smaller.

After applying foundation, apply a small amount of full coverage concealer with a tiny brush on the pimple. Use a small buffing brush in small gentle direct buffing motions to blend the concealer in. Apply powder to set.

My favorite high coverage concealer is this, a tiny amount goes a long way: https://www.bloomingdales.com/.....D_BwE
Look up Lisa Eldridge’s pinpoint concealing technique on YouTube for a demo.
