For all those feeling bad about how much they can give for Chanukah. I gave a $10 tip, wrote a nice note and included a drawing my child did and a small homemade baked good. Almost every Morah/therapist (no kids in Rebbi classes) reached out to say how much they appreciated it and half of those called my tip "generous"! Maybe they were just trying to make me feel good but it worked
So here's for everyone worried about how much they can give. The people getting the tips really do appreciate our efforts and I am so happy I did the $10 I could afford (which was still a lot for me with bh plenty of morahs) and put in the work to make these educators feel appreciated.
In the future if I could only afford $5 or nothing, I would do it with my head held high. I showed my appreciation and that's what's important to me. Hope this helps.
Happy last day of Chanukah!!

I gave a gift in beautiful custom packaging I made myself that costed me about $13 to special needs child staff. I was very self consciece if they will think its cheap or if they will use it. They have all been so excited and love it and I can see it means a lot to them.
