TBH I think that for those who really love it, now is when the planning starts. We all like to dig into the fun projects ASAP. It’s those of us who have different ideas of fun that are probably sitting here scratching our heads as we wait til the last minute to acknowledge Purims arrival Cool

If you want to buy from China you need to order soon, if you want to coordinate the family it takes time to plan, if you want to sew them you need to start now, if you enjoy planning you might want to be busy with it for a few week… I’m sure there are other reasons.

People that want to order from ali or other cheap sites need to order early to ensure there is ample time for shipping and for mishaps that come along with ordering cheap things

Yes this. I like having something to plan and this is the next upcoming event. I don't even have family members in shiduchim this year so no engagement party vort weddings to look and plan for.
