I bought a kosher mp3 player and it fell down and cracked. spoke to company they said they can't do anything not even fix it.. I have it for 4 months. I begged them maybe u have a holder for it or if they know who can fix it.. I'm talking to the wall..
Im so upset Paid alot of money and now its garbage.. geuss this is what u get when u by from Jewish companies

What credit card did you buy it on? Does it have any type of purchase protection? Some credit cards have built in insurance for such cases.

I'm confused. Why is it the companies fault that it fell down & cracked? Do you have a warranty? What does this have to do with buying from a jewish company?
They have holders/cases. You can buy them. We have several & they're all in a case & holding up very well.

They have holders/cases. You can buy them. We have several & they're all in a case & holding up very well. |
They don't have a case for the one I bought... an expensive mp3 player is junky if the back breaks with one fall..

Not necessarily, this depends on the specific fall details.
Our Apple Ipod shattered from a fall. I didn't even think to blame it on the brand.
Most devices will shatter if they fall a certain way.
