AFAIK the only issue with shatnez is wearing it but I could be wrong.

( I don't know anything about the Uggs blanket, but your assumption about what constitutes wearing is incorrect. A blanket would fall under the category of something that has to be checked)

I know ugg slippers need to be checked according to most authorities.
Not sure about blanket but I assume that yes.

it says clearly pillows and blankets are included.
Mattress, curtains, towels, carpets, chairs, sofas, bags, toys, tablecloths are dirrabanim.
Like I don’t believe you may sit on a shatmez chair or couch.

I have an ugg blanket & it's made of %100 polyester. Check the tag to see what material it is
