Seriously? You do not know that there are dozens of sutton families in the syrian community?? Its a very common last name!
So confused what youre shocked about?
Do you think its pronounced שטן?
It rhymes with button. like Suttin. Or Suh-in, like with a glottal stop.
Also not spelled that way in Hebrew.

Only chassidish people would pronounce it like the last name Sutton, because of chassidish havara. If your last name is Sutton, it’s very likely you do not use chassidish havara.

Sutton is a sephardic last name and they would not pronounce the ts in the name. They drop the t and pronounce it Suh'In

No in Chassidish havara we say Soo-ten, for the word שטן
I’m assuming someone with the name Sutton pronounces it as Su- ohn
