I have heard of Lian - ליען which means He answered me and sounds a bit like Leanne in English. I have also heard that some people steer away from names starting with לי.

Not exactly what you asked, but there is Amalia (עמליה), which means the work (or handiwork) of G-d.
And Dvarya (דבריה), which means the word of G-d.
