hi I am planning a bris and have a few questions. Do you need to have both a rabbi and a mohel? Mohel is also a rabbi but not of the shul we would be doing it at. How long do you ask the photographer to stay? and when is the best time during the simcha to take immediate family photos with the baby?

Why do you need a Rabbi?
For the picture best is before it starts so you don't need to comfort baby the and there's aren't guests there

You don’t need Rabbi. Never heard of a photographer at a bris but I guess before is probably better.
