Didn't loose inches. Was exercising a lot st time so cant guarantee where the muscle mass came from. If it was the hoop or other exercise.
Definitely caused me lots of bryising and got questioned by mikva lady about it

I didn't lose weight. just inches.
I did spin class 3 times a week and did weights the other days. I didn't weigh a lot to begin with.

Exercise of any type is so good for you. But it generally won't alone help you lose inches. That can only be done by reducing calories, which can only done by counting calories. I'm over simplifying, but that's the nutshell answer, in my experience and opinion.

No. I used to do it on Shabbos afternoons for a while. Never noticed any difference. I'm not super overweight though, and I was relatively active otherwise.

You're not supposed to exercise on shabbos as far as I can recall.
Bmore bubby that is very depressing to hear. I am working out two to three times a week but not watching my food intake. You mean to say I'm not accomplishing anything??

Exercise is good for you but it doesn't work miracles of you're not at a caloric deficit
