Does anyone have a tried and true egg free latke recipe? I can't find my recipe!! It was a very simple recipe, just onions, potatoes, salt, flour, and maybe oil or one other ingredient. Part of the instructions was to squeeze out all the liquid from the potatoes. Does anyone have sucha recipe? Or any other good egg free recipe that holds together when fried??
Thank you!

Instead of eggs, open a can of chickpeas and save the liquid. Put chickpeas in fridge for later, or roast them
froth 2 tablespoons of liquid saved and add that to your latke recipe
proceed as usual
