I know, one of the community members makes it (professionally) part of her business and she offered it….
I didn’t want to be busy with an urn, hot drinks and spilling but maybe I should since it’s so cold

Iced coffee is always a hit, any time of year. It gets hot indoors with heating and all the people at an event.

To be honest, that sounds plenty. People will already have eaten, and you are providing light refreshments, not a meal.
