Which jar of marinara style vodka sauce do you like best? Gefen or Tonelli?
I'm mixing it with heavy cream for penne a la vodka.

Gefen is more flavorful.
Either is fine if u add more seasoning to taste

I likes the tonelli more for eggplant parmesean.
But we liked gefen better for pasta.
They are both tasty and mild.
But I usually buy whatever I'm using it fornthat day/week. And then use the leftovers.
We even used it as a pizza sauce once when I was to short on time to make a proper one. Was the tonelli company. My 11 year olds idea. And it stuck. My kids all liked it. And I've been using that shortcut since.
