Is there somewhere in jerusalem I can buy a diaphragm (caya)? Or must I order one online? Any reputable sellers someone coukd vouch for?

I don't know anywhere you can buy it privately. Normally you get examined and fitted by the rofeh nashim, and they give you a prescription to buy it at the pharmacy.

Caya is a one size fits most, so shouldnt need a dr? (I realise this reduces efficacy, im ok with this)

If that's available here, and I've never heard of it, it would still be sold via prescription.

I would just call superpharm and ask - they can check all their branches.
In my experience, you need a prescription, but that was several years ago.
