Are you a perfectionist?
Wigs/hair will never be perfect. There’s a lot you’re going to have to left to of.
You need very relastic expectations or you’ll never ever be happy.
I’ve had customers like you.
The jump from place to place and each time is a bigger disaster than the one before.
It’s not the SM, they have many happy customers.
It’s the unrealistic expectations that can’t be met.
We can’t predict how a wig will take, I wish it was possible but it’s not.
I hope u can come to terms with that instead of flushing money time and time again…

Op- personally if I were in your situation I wouldn't buy a wig and try to color it. I would only buy something already the right color. I would look at all diff precuts dinis etc, second hand wigs and only take a wig thats already the right color.
The only second option would be if I saw someone wearing the exact color I want I would go to her exact shm buy same company and ask her to repeat the same thing.

You will definitely not get your money's worth when trying to sell. You can sell on a whatsspp chat "buy and sell wigs" , doppelganger, or yad shniya but you might not get more than 2k off it...

I appreciate you reaching out and apologizing. It means a lot to me. Today was a super hard day for me. I am hurt from the entire saga, emotionally and physically and this takes away one sting.

I am not a complainer and am a happy well rounded person. I can complain and shout on the screen because I didn’t do that in real life in front of the sm.

I bit my tongue when I saw the case was over and the tears are still flowing.

I’m so sorry OP! I could cry just thinking about it! Would the sheital macher sell the wigs on your behalf? If they gorgeous wigs and just wrong color she should be able to sell them easily. If she knows she messed up, it’s the least she can do.

Wow!! I completely feel you!! I cried all day because of my wigs!! I spent a lot of money getting my wig fixed and it came back terrible and unwearable! The sheital macher was incredibly rude to me I left there crying!! I’m also a specific shade of blond and no sheital macher has been able to get it right!
I’ve been considering getting a Chaya tunik. I heard they have really great blondes

I’m not blonde so I don’t have advice but I can commiserate over wigs that didn’t come out good. I just bought a new wig and the person who did the hairline messed up majorly and was rude to me about helping fix it. I took it to a new person and paid again to have it somewhat fixed but it’s pretty much ruined now.
Wigs are so hard. Really really really hard. The money, time, discomfort… we should all be getting lots of schar for it. Although when I see women, Jewish, Arab…who cover their hair with a scarf I wish I could just throw out all my wigs.
