I know every place is different with a different culture and expectations. Looking to hear from frum women in different types of roles like entry-level employee, manager, etc.

I’m a frum woman but I don’t work in an office
I work in healthcare at a major hospital
success at my workplace means strong communication skills, worked well on a large team, advocacy, creativity, assertiveness and emotional intelligence

Success in my place is being an excellent politician. A skill of which I have none. I manage to be consistently in your face, say it like it is, repeat when needed, and not politically correct. And boy do I try. I was not gifted with finesse in any way

Never thought about this, but I guess it heavily relies on plain old fashioned responsibility. The way our office is set up, nobody is double checking your work, correcting your mistakes, or picking up the slack for you. And if you mess up, you’ll have to answer for it.
I’m in property management for third party clients, which essentially demands excellent communication skills and a hefty dose of confidence.

I’m a sheitel macher
- not lying to customers
- not being a pushy sales person
- genuinely standing behind what I sell
- cutting well, not butchering wigs
- having a good personality that relates well to people
- not being intimating
(Wow a lot of things to NOT be)

Doing your job well. Results. Having customers/clients/patients want to utilize your services again and choosing you over others.
