I can't find it with google or duck duck go!
It went something like..
she didn't have tomato sauce so she used a can of paste
basically 10 different substitutions
then complained to her friend that the recipe was not good
ends with:
so don't ask for my recipe
that one was the last one
(Need it badly because my sister just told me she did not like my recipe....)

(Now that I think of it, I didn't try the tomato sauce/ tomato paste line...)
Now that I see your link, about a local cookbook, definitely, in one of my Mom's shul cookbooks, I bet!
