I see many recipes calling for creaming butter with paddle.

I have the universal white bosch machine that comes with wired whisk beaters.

similar design to this with a white bowl

https://solo-supplies.co.uk/pr.....000w/

where can I get compatible paddles and how is it diff to the wired beaters?

what the function?

There is no paddle attachment for the Universal Models of Bosch machine.

A paddle is a flat type of whisk. So the butter / margarine doesn't get stuck and clogged up between the spindles like in a regular whisk.

Here you can see a model that comes with a paddle. It's right in front of the case.

Seems like a Chinese creation as Bosch themselves don't make one . But if does the job, then that's great!

I have a Bosch paddle attachment. Came in original Bosch box, got as a gift. Maybe you can't get the Bosch brand in the UK but it looks the same

I checked on their website and it does not exist for Universal Models.

Are you in the States?
