I have the Palliser Alula couch in fabric (not leather) that comes with black legs. I think the couch would look so much better with gold legs.

Im nervous about painting the legs, because thats not reversible.

Im wondering if I can buy flexible sheets of gold metal that I can wrap around the legs.

Any suggestions of what and where I can buy for this purpose?

I would do rub n buff. It comes in a small paint tube and dries quickly, so it’s not really removable, but you could probably test the back of the leg and see if you like the effect.

It’s cheap and you can get it on Amazon. Search the internet/pinterest to see how other people use it on similar surfaces. It’s easily build able and will probably look much more natural than gold leaf.

The best way to use it and get a nice even finish is by buffing it in with a soft large makeup brush. You can buy cheap ones anywhere

Thanks but paint may scratch, so Im looking for a thin sheet of metal that I can cut to size.

Unscrew the legs. Spray paint with good quality gold. Do it carefully and evenly and allow it to dry fully.
Screw back on a few days later.
