All of the characters are dysfunctional and unlikable except the poor daughters-in-law. |
Nachi is at least understandable - he's ashamed - and the mother is a product of her circumstances. They're all definitely dysfunctional. That's the point of the story though;)

Even though I read it every week, I dislike this serial. None of their struggles are relatable to me and all of them are pretty annoying. The only person I like is Rikki’s neighbor/workmate, I think her name is Yael.

Nesanel gets a text from his mother at 4.30am, why did she have to hear about Rikki's job from her coworker? And said Peri and Malky were shocked.
Nesanel berates Rikki over keeping it a secret (!) and tells her to fix it, she goes to the kitchen distraught that Peri and Malky now know she knows, wonders if they'll still come.
Nesanel thinks the issue is to do with one (or both) of his brothers. He sees Peri is upset, goes to make her a coffee. She apologises to his mother, she was concerned she would think less of her for losing her job.
Mum msgs back fine, but why have Nachy and Malky turned up at the airport with Avrohom Moshe saying if Rikki has told his parents there's no point keeping it a secret anymore.
EXPLAIN PLEASE!!!

They just assumed she would have (previous installment) which apart from not nice to Rikki don't they think the mother would have said something to them if they knew?

Also, help me understand. They can only afford to live in a tiny dumpy apt, right? Yet they can afford to get an airbnb with a pool to fit their entire extended family. Furnished just like is expected of them.
