I always make a whole chicken on Shabbat. Then, everyone seems to hate the leftovers.
What do you do with the chicken leftovers ( deboned from the chicken?).
I've made:
Chicken Tortillas
Chicken and Rice ( adding one can condensed manishevitz chicken soup
What are easy to make stuff for not into cooking people like myself?

Chicken salad, yum whether eaten hot or cold.
Tear the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Saute' lots of onion, throw the chicken bits over onion and toss and let saute' several minutes together. Beat some eggs, spice them, throw over the chicken saute', toss until the egg looks like scrambled egg over the chicken bits and eat. Delicious!

I started sauteing onions, carrots, mushrooms and a head of cabbage then adding the chicken and rolling the mixture in egg roll wrappers. So delicious!

I have this schwarma spice. I fry the chicken in a little oil and a generous amount of schwarma spice and serve in pita or with rice.

The best - debone chicken. Put pieces in pot with BBQ sauce from bottle, warm. Serve on challah rolls - it's like you bought it in a restaurant!
