Tru (Dr. Surowitz's group) seems to have a very high turnover rate of practitioners. They seem to constantly have a whole new staff. I'm a patient of theirs for a few years already and have been very happy bh, but this point is making me wonder. Does anyone have any idea why it's so?

It made me nervous but not enough to make me leave the practice, but I recently switched anyway. I had two great delivery experiences there, but I didn’t find the office to be so smoothly run, with follow ups to tests and stuff which imo leaves too much room for error during a pregnancy cvs.
