My food bill goes up about $200 a month to accommodate healthier foods.
I pay $30 a week for my exercise class.

That's perfect for what I need. The monitor is smart. Ty!

Yes that worked for me too in my 20s and 30s. Once I hit my 40s it was nothing doing.
I've always had a sluggish metabolism and now it's basically non existent.
And I focus a lot more on high protein than veggies so I can lose fat and build muscle.

Pretty much nothing. If anything, it saves me money because I eat less. Used to spend $5 a day or so on snacks and junk food, and now I stopped that and snarf vegetables instead. I no longer gobble breakfast cereal, guzzle OJ, or consume two whole packages of cookies over one weekend. I also no longer shell out $ on meds for several weight-related medical conditions, so that's another savings.

It definitely costs gelt. I have a gym membership plus I needed clothes to wear for exercise.
Food costs more - I need more protein, fiber and fat.
I have a nutritionist plus herbs and supplements.
