Looking for a hotel/resort with skiing in the poconos, catskills, or anywhere in the northeast. Any suggestions? Has anyone been to Melour -- is it nice, or not so nice? tia!

No but the organizer usually brings in food options, like a restaurant or 2 that does a pop up in the area.
