It depends what you use the doona for, I literally use it in and out of the car I found the best for that was the doona brand not very warm easy to shove a blanket in. If you are gonna be walking with it I would get the 7am cocoon. Much warmer but bulkier so a little more annoying to strap baby in and out of

I have a 7am cocoon from when my 5 year old was a baby. I do not remember how to install it onto doona! I don't have instructions anymore. Can anyone tell me how?
