I need 15 tickets for israel holidays. I don't have credit card to get the points. Any tips on that or on making booking cheaper

How much cheaper?
There are ways to save on airfare with stopovers, etc., but let's see what we are talking about here.

My mother in law once had to book a lot of tickets and got a free one after paying for 10 (working with a travel agent).

By the time you get to the final amount with taxes and fees, it’s usually the same price. And with a travel agent, you have someone to call in case any scheduling problems arise. That alone is worth a little extra in my book.
